Yoga has changed my life. I've practiced for over 15 years, leading me to gain my certification as a Yoga instructor (RYT200) in 2020, with continued education in trauma sensitivity, and currently working on my 300hrs. Yoga has not only bettered my way of life, but also my perspective of the world.
